Jason Hurbanek, MD
Dr. Hurbanek has trained with renowned faculty and assisted in the care of athletes at The Ohio State University. He received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and completed an Othropedic Surgery Residency and an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital and The Ohio State University as well. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has a smorgasbord of publications and presentations at both regional and national meetings.
Gregory Primus, MD
Dr. Primus played three seasons in the NFL; as a former athlete, he has a unique understanding of the needs of sports medicine patients. He received his medical degree from and completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a former journal reviewer for the Arthoscopy Association of North American, and a current Associate Master Instructor for Arthoscopy.
Mukund Komanduri, MD
Dr. Komanduri received his medical degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Chicago. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has received many accomplishments including the Howard Hatcher Research Award in Orthopedic Surgery and a Chairman position on the Operating Room Efficiency committee at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Rebecca C. Kuo, MD
Dr. Kuo has performed countless spinal surgeries from simple decompression to complex deformity correction. She received her medical degree from the Rush Medical College and completed her Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Rush University Medical Center. She is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
Kevin Koutsky, MD
Dr. Koutsky received his medical degree from Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Fellowship in Spine Trauma Northwestern University. Dr. Koutsky has been in practice since 1998 and is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS), Spine Surgery (ABSS), and Independent Medical Exams (ABIME). His philosophy is to utilize surgery as the last option, recommending nonsurgical solutions for relief of neck and back pain whenever possible.
